2 – Use of Coupons.
Only the use of one discount coupon at a time will be valid, being incompatible to accumulate several coupons in the same order, if by an error it is possible to join several discount coupons in the same order, This order may be canceled and the payment made will be returned to the customer immediately.
The use of a discount coupon is totally incompatible with purchases made by a distributor. Coupons are limited to products paid for with their RRP price
3 – SENDING AND RECEIVING THE ORDER.
If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order.
All orders will be shipped free of charge from 50 €.
All distributors are excluded from this free shipping.
The delivery services will be provided from Monday to Friday (working days) with our logistics partner. All orders are picked up in our warehouse at 6:00 p.m. the next business day to place the order, which will be delivered in 48 h - 72 h after collection in warehouse, depending on the location of delivery. It will not be considered a breach of delivery deadline by the logistics partner, caused by absence or change of address of the recipient, recipient or unknown address, delivery address or postal code poorly specified when processing the order, non-payment of postage, supplies or refunds, closure for holidays, deliveries after the deadline in 2nd delivery attempt, causes of force majeure or fortuitous event or others not attributable to the logistics company.
All orders placed after 18:00 can be shipped and completed on the next business day
– Unless there are extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of LABOR, C. B. the delivery time is 48/72 hours (Peninsula) on working days from Monday to Friday from receipt by the carrier, once the payment of the order has been confirmed.
Delays may occur for any of the following reasons:
– Unforeseen circumstances of the transport agency
– Delivery area (especially the Canary Islands, Andorra and Portugal)
It will not be considered a breach of delivery deadline by the logistics partner, caused by absence or change of address of the recipient, recipient or unknown address, delivery address or postal code poorly specified when processing the order, non-payment of postage, supplies or refunds, closure for holidays, deliveries after the deadline in 2nd delivery attempt, causes of force majeure or fortuitous event or others not attributable to the logistics company.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the condition of the Package at the time of receipt, any damage to the packaging or breakage, will be reflected by the buyer on the delivery note of the transport agency. In case of not reflecting on the delivery note said damage we will not be able to make the relevant claim to the transport agency.
The shipments are protected by insurance, in case of any incident of loss we will take care of the refund of the amount or the reshipment of a new product. Please check at the time of receiving the order if the packaging is in perfect condition and the number of packages is correct. If you notice any anomaly, please state it on the delivery note signed by the carrier. Record on the delivery note any signs of deterioration of the goods or handling of the packaging even if the material appears to be in good condition so that the insurance claim can be made if necessary.
Keep in mind that any claim for incidents and / or breakages must be made to the transport company within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the goods. After 24 hours, neither the transport company nor LABOR, C. B. can be held responsible for transport incidents, so the buyer will bear the expenses or losses that may be caused.
4 – RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You have 14 calendar days to return your products. Use our mail (ventas@repuestoslabor.es) or by contacting us on our phone 954 92 15 09 from Monday to Friday from 09:00 h to 14:00 h and from 15:00 h to 18:00 h indicating Order / Invoice number and the reason for the return, so that we authorize the shipment and we will deposit the money after verifying that the product is in perfect condition. ( A product in perfect condition is understood as:
Those that have not been assembled or unpacked.
Those that have not been used.
Those who have their manuals, box and original packaging.
Keep in mind that a returned product without its original packaging can cause the product to be damaged in transport, scratches, bumps, etc.
In case of a product that arrives damaged, used or without its original packaging and box, it will not be considered suitable for return.
The 14-day free return is excluded for distributors.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the stipulations of the order, you must contact us immediately through our email: ventas@repuestoslabor.es indicating the data of the product as well as the damage suffered, or by calling the number 954 92 15 09 from Monday to Friday from 09 :00 h to 14:00h and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m . where we will indicate how to proceed.
In case of receiving a damaged, defective or erroneous product, you can opt for a refund of the amount or exchange (always for the same product) and LABOR, C.B. will bear all transport and management costs.
5 – PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLY
All our bicycles come pre-assembled in a large cardboard box, approximately: 140X20X70 cm, the usual thing is that they have the handlebars, the saddle and the pedals disassembled to reduce their volume.
The assembly is usually a simple process, but it is necessary to do it well so that the bicycle is 100% tuned, we recommend you read carefully the assembly and maintenance guide that is provided with each bicycle purchased.
6 – CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY US
We will ship your order as long as we have stock and/or the product is available from our suppliers. In the event that the ordered product is not available, either because the suppliers have not supplied the planned quantity, the product is temporarily or permanently discontinued or because several orders are placed for the same item at the same time, we have the right to cancel the order unilaterally.
In this case, we will inform the customer and, if necessary, we will propose the shipment of a product with the same or similar characteristics. If there is no product available with the same characteristics or if the customer does not wish to make such a change, we will refund, if applicable, the amount of any payment that has taken place.
7 – WARRANTIES
In case of any incident, contact us via ventas@repuestoslabor.es or 954 92 15 09 from Monday to Friday from 09 :00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m . indicating the data of your order and we will solve it as soon as possible; All LABOR, C. B. products are guaranteed from the date of purchase up to 2 years as established by Law 22/94. No liability will be accepted if the manufacturer of the product does not consider the warranty applicable on the product claimed.
8 – LEGISLATION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. The User accepts these Terms of Use, and any type of controversy related to the use of this website, will be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the place of residence of the owner of this website, having competence for the resolution of any dispute or conflict that may arise the competent Courts and Tribunals of the place of residence of the owner of this website and his hierarchical superiors, the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
